Month-to-month subscribers: cancel any time, no questions, no penalty. We provide a 30-day handoff window during which we transition all account ownership to you fully.
Annual prepay subscribers: cancel any time. Refund prorated for unused months minus the 2-month "free" benefit (i.e., if you cancel after 6 months, refund = 4 months). The "leave anytime with everything intact" promise still holds.

We may update this SLA. Material changes (anything reducing customer commitments) require 30-day notice and an opt-out option (refund of unused subscription).
