What if the AI files something wrong with CRA or the corporate registry?
The actual filings are done by Alberta-licensed humans (registry agent + accounting partner). The AI agents prepare the paperwork and check it; the licensed party files it and stands behind it. If something is filed wrong we cover the amendment fee.
What happens after the 3-month Pilot?
You graduate to the standing tier for your pack — Operator $249, Studio $499, or Enterprise $1,199. Same agent fleet, same software stack — the standing tier reflects ongoing bookkeeping + tax-prep complexity. Cancel anytime. Switch tiers anytime. Pro-rated.

Is my $79 Pilot fee refundable if I change my mind?
The first 7 days are no-questions-asked refundable. After Day 7 the corp filing and CRA registration have started and we can't reverse those, so the Pilot fee covers actual work done. You can still cancel month-to-month after the Pilot ends.
What happens to my customer data, calls, and call recordings?
Stored in your accounts (your Stripe, your Wave, your Retell sub-account, your Google Workspace). We have operational access while you're a customer. When you cancel, access flips off and the data stays yours. See disclosures for the full data-ownership terms.
What's the difference between Operator, Studio, and Enterprise tiers?
Operator ($249/mo, 31 of 41 packs) is for solo + small operations — bookkeeper, cleaner, photographer. Studio ($499/mo, 9 packs) handles trades and field operations — master designations, WCB, permit pulls, multiple workers.
